You will analyze talent and skills market data to predict workforce needs and identify gaps.

Responsibilities

• Gather data from internal and external sources to inform workforce strategies.
• Design and implement machine learning models to derive workforce transformation insights.
• Develop scalable frameworks for skills-led planning and talent segmentation.
• Collaborate with HR and business teams to define and monitor skills KPIs.
• Present complex analyses through visualizations tailored for senior stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or Economics.
• Proficiency in Python, including pandas, scikit-learn, and NumPy.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
• Advanced knowledge of machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling.
• Ability to design scalable frameworks for workforce analysis and talent segmentation.
• Proven capability to simplify complex analyses for senior leadership.
• Demonstrated success in creating impactful data-driven insights.
