Description

Own data collection, modeling, and analytics processes to support marketing measurement and strategic decision-making.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage data collection and modeling with external vendors.
• Develop reports and processes to ensure rigorous data quality control.
• Implement, refine, and interpret attribution models, MMM, and linear TV impact.
• Visualize model estimates, diagnostics, and insights for stakeholders.
• Champion continuous improvement in analytics and measurement strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics roles.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R for statistical programming.
• Strong understanding of regression, hierarchical/mixed regression, and machine learning techniques (Naïve Bayes, Markov Chain, Random Forest).
• Experience measuring digital and offline media, including salesforce, TV, and CRM data.
• Hands-on experience with cloud environments, specifically Snowflake.
• Experience working with platforms like Dataiku or Databricks.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the pharma or life sciences sector.
• Deep understanding of marketing goals and media channel dynamics.
