Build, evaluate, and deploy machine learning and AI models that translate business goals into measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define problem statements, success metrics, and experiment plans.
• Develop NLP solutions including text classification, entity extraction, topic modeling, semantic search, and summarization.
• Execute end-to-end data science workflows from data collection and cleaning to feature engineering, training, and monitoring.
• Optimize NLP systems using modern approaches like embeddings and transformer-based models tailored to domain needs.
• Design experiments and run A/B tests to connect model improvements to business value.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning.
• Proficiency in Python for building and deploying scalable AI models.
• Hands-on experience with NLP techniques and transformer-based architectures.
• Strong background in data collection, cleaning, and feature engineering.
• Ability to design rigorous experiments and analyze A/B test results.
• Experience in model evaluation, validation, and production monitoring.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven track record of deploying models that impact business metrics.
