Description

Apply machine learning and statistical modeling to deliver business insights and deploy models into production.

Responsibilities

• Implement machine learning tools including k-nearest neighbours, random forests, and ensemble methods.
• Apply statistical methods such as hypothesis testing and summary statistics to data sets.
• Deploy machine learning models into production environments to drive measurable business impact.
• Execute data mining tasks to extract actionable insights.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in data science or related roles.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, R, or SAS.
• Proven track record of at least 2 or 3 successful projects in ML and business insights moved into production.
• Strong foundation in machine learning algorithms and ensemble methods.
• Solid understanding of statistical hypothesis testing.
• Experience with data mining techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with deep learning toolkits such as Tensorflow, Keras, or PyTorch.
