Description

You will architect and implement end-to-end AI systems, leading technical design and coding efforts for complex machine learning use cases.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement AI solutions using LLMs, Langchain, and machine learning frameworks.
• Build, fine-tune, and optimize models to improve performance, developing custom approaches when off-the-shelf technology is insufficient.
• Develop data pipelines using SQL to extract and transform data from Snowflake for model training and inference.
• Advise leadership on optimal architectures and maintain continuous communication with stakeholders regarding project progress.
• Lead technical teams and drive architectural decisions while ensuring adherence to best practices and responsible AI principles.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data science and machine learning.
• Expertise in Python and AI/ML development.
• Deep knowledge of Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and integrating text-based data sources.
• Proficiency in AWS cloud environments for AI/ML solution development.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.
• Experience designing and modifying RAG architectures.
