Analyze complex datasets to drive data-driven decisions across product development, field testing, and commercial channels.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets from product development, field testing, manufacturing systems, and commercial channels to generate actionable insights.
• Build, analyze, and optimize datasets using Python/R and SQL while participating in data solution maintenance.
• Collaborate on implementing automated data pipelines and reproducible data workflows with version control.
• Transform R&D and operational data into insights supporting manufacturing optimization and sales strategy.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field (Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Agricultural Engineering, or related).
• 5+ years of mid-level experience in data science, analytics, or data engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis and modeling.
• Strong SQL and relational skills for querying and managing structured datasets.
• Experience with Data Engineering principles and familiarity with Data Analysis techniques.
• Proficiency with business analytics tools, specifically Power BI.
• Familiarity with Databricks and Snowflake platforms.
