You will apply statistical analysis and machine learning to drive business optimization and product development.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Apply data mining, hypothesis testing, segmentation, and modeling to large datasets to enhance business strategies.
• Build and maintain ML pipelines, complex data models, reporting systems, and automated dashboards.
• Acquire, transform, and preprocess structured and unstructured data from primary and secondary sources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to co-develop research plans, implement models, and monitor outcomes.
• Translate research insights into data visualizations and compelling stories for management and content developers.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience executing complex research projects.
• 3+ years of experience using data science for hypothesis-driven research.
• Proficiency in Python and libraries including Pandas, Scikit-learn, NumPy, SciPy, Matplotlib, NLTK, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
• 2+ years of experience using Azure and Azure Machine Learning Studio.
• Expertise in NLP, Deep Learning, Transformers, Topic Modeling, Text Classification, Regression, Clustering, and Feature Engineering.
• Experience with data automation, process mapping, and gap analysis.
• Ability to conduct market analysis, demand forecasting, and demographic assessments.
• Bachelor's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with modern big data formats, platforms, and cloud computing services for model deployment.
• In-depth domain and market knowledge.
