Description

You will develop and deploy machine learning models to derive insights from complex healthcare and pharmaceutical datasets.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy ML models for clinical, R&D, or commercial pharmaceutical applications.
• Analyze high-dimensional biological, chemical, or clinical datasets to extract actionable insights.
• Collaborate with biostatisticians, domain experts, and product managers to solve business challenges.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and maintain data integrity in compliance with healthcare standards like HIPAA.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data science and machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python and libraries including scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and XGBoost.
• Proven track record of developing and deploying ML models into production.
• Deep understanding of pharma data, clinical trial datasets, drug discovery pipelines, or real-world evidence.
• Experience with data wrangling, visualization, and managing structured and unstructured data.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data standards.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
