Description

Act as a Business Intelligence and Data Reporting Analyst, partnering with Customer Engagement teams to deliver business analysis, report creation, and dashboard design.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document functional and reporting requirements through user stories, interviews, and use cases.
• Design, assemble, and deliver complex strategic reports and Monthly Operations Review Scorecard dashboards.
• Consult with stakeholders to identify business needs, current reporting capabilities, and functional challenges.
• Collaborate with project managers and technical analysts to design, configure, test, and maintain Business Intelligence modules.
• Test report and dashboard projects against functional designs and track defects through resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business data analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power BI and SSRS.
• Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server and complex SQL query creation.
• Experience working within Agile and SCRUM methodologies.
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices.
• Ability to communicate technical details clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with business process diagrams and data mapping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel.
• Familiarity with government processes or healthcare environments.
