Drive data mining analysis and develop strategic report applications focused on acquisition and financial information.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate, interpret, and present data through reports and dashboards for executives and end users.
• Define and document customer business processes, including data maps, data modeling, and business process diagrams.
• Consult with stakeholders to identify business needs, current reporting capabilities, and functional challenges.
• Collaborate with project managers and technical analysts to design, configure, test, and maintain Business Intelligence modules.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a business data analyst.
• Mandatory experience in the healthcare domain.
• Expertise in Microsoft Power BI and SSRS.
• Strong proficiency in MS SQL Server and complex SQL query creation.
• Experience working within Agile and SCRUM methodologies.
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices.
• Familiarity with government processes and healthcare environments.
