Description

You will build and maintain HR data infrastructure, including Power BI dashboards and data warehouses, to support reporting and analytics.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand interactive HR dashboards using Power BI to support ad hoc reporting.
• Establish and maintain a data warehouse for collecting, storing, and organizing HR data.
• Improve data validation processes to ensure accuracy and consistency across reports.
• Collaborate with HR and functional areas to define, integrate, and visualize key metrics.
• Train staff on data usage, dashboard functionalities, and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Power BI development.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• 5+ years of experience with Python for data analysis and automation.
• 5+ years of experience with SAS for data management and reporting.
• 5+ years of experience in data management and development.
• Experience with HR data reporting and visualization.
