You will develop decision support tools and apply quantitative techniques to solve complex business problems.

Responsibilities

• Develop decision support tools to solve business problems and drive process improvements.
• Interface with internal customers and end-users to identify opportunities and validate tool enhancements.
• Extract and clean large volumes of data from complex datasets to derive actionable insights.
• Collaborate with technology services teams and external vendors to implement solution techniques.
• Communicate project status, findings, and technical insights to senior management and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of practical experience applying quantitative techniques to real-world problems.
• Strong programming proficiency in R, Python, and Hadoop.
• Experience manipulating and extracting information from very large, complex data sets.
• Ability to identify underlying business problems and select appropriate technical solutions.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or an IT-related field.
