Description

You will design, build, and maintain machine learning models and data pipelines to drive business strategy. You own the end-to-end data science lifecycle, from raw data collection to deployed predictive solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data to ensure high quality and usability.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden patterns, correlations, and trends.
• Develop, train, and validate predictive models for classification, regression, and optimization tasks.
• Create clear data visualizations and reports using Tableau or Power BI for non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintain and update models to ensure ongoing accuracy and relevance in production.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning roles.
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong foundation in statistical techniques, probability, and linear algebra.
• Hands-on experience with Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Ability to communicate technical findings to business leaders and define data-driven goals.
