Description

You will develop and deploy analytical models to solve complex business problems using structured and unstructured data.

Responsibilities

• Gather, interpret, and manipulate data to build analytical solutions.
• Select appropriate modeling techniques based on data limitations and business requirements.
• Develop and deploy models following established guidelines and risk management frameworks.
• Translate business requests into specific analytical questions and communicate outcomes to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, IT, and governance teams to ensure compliance and alignment with specifications.

Required Skills

• 10 to 12 years of relevant experience, with 6+ years specifically in data science, machine learning, or quantitative analytics.
• Proficiency in R Programming, Python, and SAS.
• Strong experience with SQL, HQL, and NoSQL databases.
• Expertise in Machine Learning, including Classification, Segmentation, Fraud Detection, NLP, and Deep Learning.
• Experience with Time series Forecasting and training/validating advanced analytics models.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and Alteryx.
• Ability to query and preprocess structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data including JSON, XML, and text documents.
• Skill in performing ad-hoc analytics using descriptive, diagnostic, and inferential statistics.
• Capacity to write transparent, well-documented, and commented code.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
