Description

You will design and implement AI/ML and GenAI solutions, including RAG, document understanding, and anomaly detection.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and maintain machine learning models using Python and ML frameworks.
• Develop scalable data pipelines using Databricks, PySpark, and modern data platforms.
• Translate business use cases into technical AI/ML solutions.
• Establish MLOps practices, model monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Provide technical guidance for AI/ML initiatives.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Data Science, ML, or AI development.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering.
• Experience processing unstructured data and document understanding.
• Knowledge of AWS AI/ML services, specifically SageMaker and Bedrock.
• Experience with Databricks and PySpark.
• Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
