You will drive product-led growth by using data to understand customers across their lifecycle, from acquisition through monetization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic analytics projects and present findings that inform key partner decisions.
• Own and drive growth metrics related to product engagement and monetization.
• Unlock customer usage patterns and develop models analyzing causal relationships between usage, retention, and purchase propensity.
• Develop analysis frameworks to generate thorough data insights and inform product strategy.
• Generate data-informed hypotheses to drive in-product growth experiments and support test readouts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of direct experience as a Data Scientist.
• Deep understanding of statistics and expertise in building, productizing, and improving predictive models.
• Strong proficiency in querying, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets using SQL or Hive.
• Experience with Python or R.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics.
• Strong business insight and collaboration skills.
