Responsibilities

• Structure and analyze business and customer questions using a hypothesis-driven approach.
• Translate business objectives into actionable analysis and own end-to-end analytics workflows.
• Communicate complex analytical findings to broader audiences through written reports and presentations.
• Partner with analytics teams to deliver high-impact solutions for digital business problems.
• Manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in machine learning or data science.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets.
• Experience with R or Python.
• Strong foundation in Machine Learning (ML) and Data Science methodologies.
• Experience with A/B testing.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Ability to present data implications clearly and concisely.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Marketing Analytics.
• Proficiency with Tableau for data visualization.
• Experience with scripting and automation.
