Description

You will build, optimize, and scale machine learning models for production environments, leading large-scale data science projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale machine learning models from design through production deployment.
• Derive metrics and conduct continuous monitoring of model performance post-deployment.
• Validate training and production data pipelines in coordination with data engineering teams.
• Lead data science initiatives and collaborate with data engineers and Product Managers.
• Solve complex business problems using logical and creative thinking.

Required Skills

• 4-7 years of hands-on experience building and scaling machine learning models for production.
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience with Spark and large-scale data processing.
• Strong understanding of fundamental statistical and machine learning model concepts.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team.
• Ability to synthesize complex information for clear communication.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
