Own the end-to-end analytical lifecycle for Co-Brand Card partnerships, driving business strategy through data and AI.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and test AI agents, iterating designs to enhance functionality while ensuring reliability through rigorous testing.
• Develop scalable frameworks for seamless AI model integration across business applications to support evolving partnership needs.
• Create data pipelines and interactive dashboards using Databricks, Python, and Tableau to deliver actionable insights.
• Monitor AI model performance in production, identifying enhancement areas and implementing updates to maintain quality.
• Translate complex analytical findings into strategic recommendations for customer segmentation and portfolio decisions.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in AI/ML or Data Science with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related scientific field.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Machine Learning algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Databricks for data engineering and analytics.
• Strong statistical analysis skills and ability to drive business strategy through data.
• Experience deploying models at scale and maintaining data integrity in production environments.
• Knowledge of financial services verticals, specifically Co-Brand card products.
• Experience working in agile teams to support data-driven decision-making.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large language models (LLM), agentic AI architectures, and automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with Alteryx, GCP, or Azure.
• Knowledge of model validation, quality assurance practices, and advanced analytics solutions.
