Drive retail strategy through predictive modeling and advanced analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance machine learning models for demand forecasting to provide leadership projections.
  • Analyze Voice of the Customer (VoC) data to incorporate insights into retail strategy.
  • Manage the Offer Intelligence Python program to aggregate data and analyze incentive tactics.
  • Update and maintain Tableau dashboards to ensure data accessibility for decision-making.
  • Execute ad-hoc analysis and present findings to cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.

Required Skills

  • 4+ years of experience using data for problem-solving, visualization, and predictive modeling.
  • Expert-level Python for machine learning, automation, and large dataset analysis.
  • Proficiency in Tableau and other data visualization tools.
  • Strong experience with SQL and data architecture.
  • Deep understanding of Big Data technologies including Hadoop, Hive, and Spark.
  • Ability to present complex data to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
