Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on modeling and complex analyses using Python, SQL, or R.
• Build and enhance marketing mix models to connect marketing tactics to short-term and long-term business outcomes.
• Run optimization and simulation scenarios to provide marketing investment and allocation recommendations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate disparate data sources and streamline data science solutions.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of industry experience in data science, measurement, marketing strategy, or analytics.
• Proficient coding skills in Python, SQL, and R.
• Extensive experience with predictive modeling algorithms.
• Strong database knowledge.
• Proven ability to communicate complex modeling results through compelling business narratives.
• Experience managing technical resources, multiple priorities, and project milestones.
• Marketing mix modeling industry experience.

Preferred Skills

• PhD in Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, or a related field.
• Experience building multi-touch attribution models.
• Experience with advertising technology platforms, including ad servers, DSPs, or DMPs.
