Own the bridge between the Decision Science Ecosystem platform team and the data science community, enabling modeling and operationalization of solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with data science members to implement best practices and align with platform vision.
• Develop and contribute tools that simplify platform operations.
• Create educational content and provide technical support to the community.
• Gather developer feedback and advocate for community needs across GDA&A teams.
• Foster a thriving data science community around Global Data Assets & Analytics platforms.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in a Data Scientist, Data Modeler, or AI role.
• Proficiency in Python or R, including libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
• Experience with Data Visualization tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, specifically GCP or Azure.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices and model deployment strategies.
• Ability to read code, though active development is not required.
• Strong communication skills to advocate for data professionals.

• Experience fostering developer communities.
