Description

You will bridge the gap between the Decision Science Ecosystem platform team and the internal data science community, enabling scientists to model and operationalize solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Foster a developer community around Global Data Assets & Analytics platforms and technologies.
• Partner with the Data Science community to implement best practices and align with the platform vision.
• Develop and contribute tools that simplify platform operations and provide technical support.
• Create educational content and gather developer feedback to advocate for community needs.
• Organize hackathons, workshops, and meetups to facilitate knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or Data Modeler.
• Strong proficiency in Python or R, including libraries like pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.
• Experience with data visualization tools and MLOps practices.
• Knowledge of model deployment strategies on AWS SageMaker, GCP, or Azure.
• Ability to read and understand code without actively developing it.
• Master's degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience evangelizing and promoting data science platforms.
• Background in building relationships with key influencers and community leaders.
