You will apply statistical algorithms and data analysis to drive business improvements and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement statistical data quality procedures for new and existing data sources.
• Manage the full model development cycle from ideation through research, training, testing, and implementation.
• Build links across data sources to identify new correlations and patterns.
• Integrate testing and validation into all analytics solutions.
• Communicate complex data science solutions and analyses to team members and business leaders.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of data analytics experience.
• 2+ years of programming experience.
• Proficiency in Python and R.
• Comprehensive SQL skills.
• Experience with Spark and Hive.
• Experience performing analytics and modeling on large datasets containing millions of records.
• Command of statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Graduate degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, or Operations Research.
• Experience analyzing large consumer data to discern behaviors and risk profiles in telecommunications or banking.
