You will develop, sustain, and monitor machine learning models and operational systems in Orlando, FL.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain data science algorithms and machine learning models beyond the initial development phase.
• Monitor and maintain the operational readiness and reliability of client systems.
• Build automated processes and technical documentation.
• Own and coordinate issue resolution between departmental and support partners.
• Prioritize and communicate issue resolution ETAs to marketing and affiliated partners.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data science or related roles.
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to solve complex queries on the fly.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps to manage the model lifecycle.
• Proven ability to handle model maintenance and operational sustainability.
• Strong problem-solving skills applied to real-world project scenarios.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
