Develop LLM-powered intelligent experiences that interpret and generate insights from tabular and unstructured data.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize personalized Q&A systems using large language models for context-aware responses.
• Design conversational talent recommendation systems, integrating autonomous agents and personalized algorithms.
• Construct multi-agent intelligent workflows that translate natural language into goal-directed task sequences.
• Deploy, monitor, and optimize scalable AI/ML solutions in production environments alongside ML engineers.
• Define and follow development standards to ensure trustworthy and responsible AI systems.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of applied machine learning experience with solid knowledge in statistics, optimization, and deep learning.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and ML/DS libraries including NumPy, Pandas, and SciKit-learn.
• Expertise with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Proven experience deploying high-risk NLP applications in production, covering regulatory compliance or safety.
• Experience designing and deploying scalable deep learning systems (e.g., optimization, distillation).
• Strong understanding of ML infrastructure, including experience with MLflow and Airflow.
• Demonstrated ability to implement Trustworthy AI and Responsible ML practices cross-functionally.
• Ability to synthesize complex technical work for executive briefings and research publications.

Preferred Skills

• Publications or contributions to NeurIPS or similar top-tier research venues.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
