Responsibilities

• Design and implement analytical solutions, custom scores, and models for real-world problems.
• Manage projects by defining technical requirements, planning resources, and designing solutions.
• Communicate analytical results to stakeholders using data visualizations and business-focused language.
• Ensure quality control for all analytical outputs and provide actionable market insights.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of data science experience in large data environments using Python, SQL, or R.
• 3+ years applying machine learning and statistics, including regression, simulation, clustering, decision trees, and neural networks.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience building and implementing analytical solutions with limited supervision.
• 2+ years of experience with scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Transformers.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Physics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with model development and deployment in AWS or GCP.
• Background in financial services, credit risk modeling, telecommunications, or utilities.
• Master’s level degree or MBA.
