Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced algorithms for efficient statistical analysis.
• Apply data mining techniques to large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to integrate findings and communicate results.
• Guide Associates with project management support and scope definition.
• Evaluate emerging datasets and technologies to contribute to thought leadership.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Data Analysis.
• Postgraduate qualification in Statistics or Computer Science from a premier institute.
• Hands-on expertise with Regression, Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, Monte Carlo, Survival Analysis, Random Forest, and Time Series analysis.
• Proficiency in SPSS, SAS, R, and Python.
• Expertise in creating predictive models using SAS Enterprise Miner.
• Knowledge of databases, data modeling, and data normalization.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent client interfacing and communication skills.
