Develop analytic solutions and consultative advice to drive business value through insight generation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate business problems into viable data science solutions by defining requirements and data strategies.
• Develop and execute complex analytics initiatives to support insight generation across various business use cases.
• Perform end-to-end analysis including hypothesis testing, data gathering, and story building.
• Create consumable visualization reports and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations.
• Mentor peers and provide leadership by setting goals and promoting teamwork.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant experience in a business administration, statistical, mathematical, scientific, or financial background.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, R, or SQL for data analysis and program solving.
• Experience with distributed data/computing tools including Hadoop, Hive, Impala, and Databricks.
• Intermediate knowledge of web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
• Strong data visualization and presentation skills to effectively communicate findings to non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor peers in a professional manner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interpret analytic outputs.

Preferred Skills

• Digital channel experience.
• Prior leadership experience or progressively responsible departmental experience.
