Description

Own forecasting models and data pipelines for healthcare analytics. Partner with engineering and product teams to improve data quality and support AI/ML initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain forecasting models to support business and product decisions.
• Analyze complex healthcare datasets, including patient-level, clinical, and commercial data.
• Partner with data engineering and product teams to understand data pipelines and improve data quality.
• Contribute to AI/ML product development and internal innovation programs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data science or machine learning.
• Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
• Proven experience in forecasting and time-series modeling.
• Hands-on experience working with healthcare data (claims, clinical, or commercial).
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, data quality, and data lineage.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and product teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Snowflake and Data Platform technologies.
• Background in AI/ML product development.
