Develop data-driven solutions and advanced models to drive business growth through analysis and predictive insights.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced data models, algorithms, and statistical analyses to extract insights from complex datasets.
• Develop and deploy machine learning models using Databricks for predictive analytics and anomaly detection.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to meet business objectives.
• Mentor junior data scientists on best practices and technical implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist delivering impactful solutions.
• Proficiency in Python or R.
• Experience with data manipulation libraries including Pandas and NumPy.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI and traditional AI techniques, including deep learning and NLP.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks for data science workflows.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Production experience with MLOps in Databricks, specifically model registration and evaluation.
• Experience building AI Agents and integrating them into reasoning models.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Qlik, Tableau, or Power BI.
