You will leverage data to drive organizational impact through advanced analytics, machine learning, and automated software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manipulate large datasets and develop automation software using Python, SQL, and R.
• Apply advanced statistical techniques (regression, distributions, hypothesis testing) and machine learning methods (clustering, decision trees, neural networks) to solve real-world problems.
• Build user-facing interfaces and deploy lightweight analytic applications using Shiny, Dash, Flask, or Streamlit.
• Perform data cleansing, standardization, and transformation to ensure data quality.
• Generate and distribute visualizations to diverse audiences and lead technical workshops.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in analytics, statistics, computer science, informatics, or mathematics.
• 4+ years of experience leveraging data for organizational impact.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Shiny.
• Experience with Dash and Flask for application development.
• Strong understanding of relational and dimensional databases.
• Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with geocoding, geospatial data, network diagraming, Neo4j, Docker, or Kubernetes.
