Description

You will leverage data science and advanced analytics to drive business decisions, with a heavy focus on database management and reporting using Microsoft tools.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex reports and dashboards using Microsoft Access and Excel.
• Write and optimize Structured Query Language (SQL) queries for data extraction and manipulation.
• Create macros and automate workflows using Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
• Design and develop database structures and solutions.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Access and Excel.
• Strong experience with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
• Proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL).
• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis or science.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Programming experience with VB.NET and Python.
• Background in insurance, specifically benefit design (certificates and riders).
