Description

Lead the strategic vision and implementation of AI/ML technologies across products. Own the AI/ML roadmap and drive R&D initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define the AI/ML roadmap and strategic vision in collaboration with the executive team.
• Design and implement AI-powered features by working with product managers and cross-functional teams.
• Optimize AI/ML models and algorithms for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML specialists, data scientists, and engineers.
• Develop data governance and ethical AI frameworks to ensure responsible technology use.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in the IT field.
• 7-10 years of experience in leadership roles.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
• Expertise in Machine Learning, including Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, Reinforcement Learning, and Deep Learning.
• Proven background leading data management practices.
• Hands-on experience with Google AutoML and Amazon SageMaker.
• Proficiency in Python and Artificial Intelligence frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing high-performing teams of researchers and engineers.
