Description

You will research and develop novel machine learning solutions and manage the end-to-end ML lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design experiments and research novel solutions beyond established literature.
• Execute data mining processes including preparation, transformation, variable reduction, and post-mortem analysis.
• Develop, release, and maintain machine learning projects using software engineering best practices like unit-testing and logging.
• Apply statistical methods and modeling techniques to solve complex problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Python, Java, C++, C#, Scala, SAS, or MATLAB.
• 5+ years of experience in AI and machine learning disciplines, including NLP, deep learning, and computer vision.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with statistical methods including ANOVA, t-tests, and outlier detection.
• Experience with modeling techniques such as neural networks, decision trees, and ensemble methods.
• Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with big-data frameworks including Hadoop, Spark, Hive, or Pig.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.

Preferred Skills

• Ph.D. in a quantitative field or currently enrolled in a Ph.D. program.
• Experience in large corporations or consulting focusing on marketing strategies and CRM.
