Responsibilities

• Develop and apply data models to improve data collection and analysis processes.
• Perform data cleansing, optimization, and ETL tasks on large, complex datasets.
• Conduct data experiments to provide cross-persona and enterprise analysis.
• Communicate analysis results to stakeholders through visualizations and documentation.
• Bridge the gap between technical and business teams through data-driven insights.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in data research and analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and Scala.
• Experience with AI, ML, and cognitive service engine models.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, and dashboard development.
• Deep experience with GA4 and GTM.
• Technical knowledge of Azure, Salesforce, and API development.
• Experience using SPSS and Excel for analytics.
• Ability to manipulate complex datasets and perform statistical analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Domain expertise in Health, Business, or Education.
• Experience with user research, feedback analysis, and web content management platforms like Sitecore.
