Description

You will own the data engineering and compliance pipeline, bridging complex immigration workflows with scalable software solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end immigration applications, including H1B, PERM, I-140, and I-485 filings.
• Design and maintain automated processes for visa status tracking and compliance reporting.
• Coordinate with legal teams and external firms to resolve technical and regulatory issues.
• Develop internal tools using Python and SQL to streamline recruitment and HR operations.
• Translate legal requirements into technical specifications for engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in software development or data engineering.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and data manipulation.
• Strong SQL skills for database querying and management.
• Experience with .Net and Ruby on Rails frameworks.
• Direct knowledge of federal and state employment laws and immigration compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building internal tools for HR or legal departments.
