You will apply statistical, machine learning, and mathematical knowledge to uncover patterns and drive product improvements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and evaluate predictive models and advanced algorithms for optimal data value extraction.
• Generate and test hypotheses, analyzing and interpreting product experiment results.
• Collaborate with product engineers to transition prototypes into features and define large-scale implementation guidelines.
• Provide Business Intelligence and data visualization support for customer service dashboards and ad-hoc data requests.
• Lead metric movement investigations for key recommendation products and report findings weekly.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Data Scientist with strong statistical skills.
• Fluency in SQL and Python.
• Hands-on experience building models using PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience training or utilizing computer vision models.
• Proven experience working with large datasets.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering and stakeholder teams.
• Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a relevant technical field.

Preferred Skills

• PhD degree.
• Social Media Tech background.
