Description

You will apply data science methodologies to healthcare analytics, focusing on extracting insights from electronic medical records and implementing AI-driven frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Extract, transform, and analyze Epic EMR data to drive healthcare insights.
• Implement rules-based logic and Red-Amber-Green (RAG) frameworks within healthcare settings.
• Develop AI and ML techniques to enhance data analysis and RAG implementation.
• Manage ETL processes and utilize data catalog tools to maintain data integrity.
• Build data visualizations to communicate complex analytical findings.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data science specifically focused on healthcare analytics.
• Direct experience working with Epic EMR data.
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with Snowflake or other cloud-based data platforms.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and tools.
• Practical experience using Excel and SaaS platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Ph.D. in a quantitative field.
• Experience with Informatica.
