Description

Manage data analytics processes and results for the Platform R&D team.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer populations and key data elements to support data enrichment and analysis.
• Define and build data repositories to centralize data for long-term analytics needs.
• Execute queries and logic to retrieve data from various internal and external sources.
• Perform analytics to support project requests and identify data gaps.
• Create data summaries in MS Office for engineering lead review and communication.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (math, statistics, engineering, physics, computer science, or economics).
• 2+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL and R programming.
• Experience with statistical analysis, including regression, correlation, and variability analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Competency in NLP and MS Office.

Preferred Skills

• 1+ years of experience in a data science role within analytics teams.
• Experience building documentation to track analysis results and logic.
• Background as a data scientist within the medical laboratory instrumentation industry.
