You will design, develop, and implement advanced AI solutions using deep learning, NLP, and computer vision to solve complex business problems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI solutions leveraging LLMs, GANs, and transformer architectures.
• Clean, wrangle, and engineer features for model training while ensuring data quality.
• Evaluate model architectures and hyperparameters to optimize performance and mitigate bias.
• Translate business needs into technical model specifications by collaborating with engineers and product managers.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines for both on-prem and cloud development environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data science or related fields.
• Proficiency in Python and major machine learning libraries.
• Experience with open-source Gen AI LLMs (e.g., Llama, Dolly).
• Strong understanding of supervised/unsupervised learning, neural networks, and transformers.
• Hands-on experience with GANs, text-to-image generation, and text generation models.
• Expertise in NLP and deep learning techniques.
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and cleaning.
• Experience with CI/CD in on-prem and cloud environments.
• Graduate degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with hyperscalers including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
