Description

You will design and implement advanced AI solutions to solve complex business problems. You own the full lifecycle of model development, from data preparation to deployment and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI models using deep learning, NLP, and computer vision techniques.
• Gather, clean, and prepare datasets while ensuring data quality and ethical standards.
• Evaluate model architectures and hyperparameters to optimize performance and mitigate bias.
• Build monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track model performance against business goals.
• Communicate technical findings and AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data science or related fields.
• Proficiency in Python and its major client libraries.
• Experience with open-source Generative AI LLMs such as Llama and Dolly.
• Strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks, and transformers.
• Hands-on experience with GANs, text-to-image generation, and text generation models.
• Proficiency in SQL, data cleaning, and feature engineering.
• Experience with NLP and deep learning frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with hyperscaler platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
