You will design and implement advanced AI solutions to solve complex business problems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design AI models by translating business needs into technical specifications.
• Gather, clean, and prepare datasets for training and evaluation.
• Explore and apply state-of-the-art techniques in deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
• Evaluate model architectures and hyperparameters to optimize performance and address biases.
• Collaborate with engineers, researchers, and product managers on implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data science and machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python and major machine learning libraries.
• Experience with open-source Generative AI LLMs such as Llama and Dolly.
• Strong understanding of supervised/unsupervised learning, neural networks, and transformers.
• Hands-on experience with GANs, text-to-image generation, and text generation models.
• Proficiency in SQL, data cleaning, and feature engineering.
• Experience with CI/CD in on-prem and cloud development projects.
• Bachelor of Computer Science degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with hyperscalers including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
