Description

You will lead the AI practice and drive end-to-end delivery of AI/ML projects from concept to production deployment.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement AI/ML solutions using computer vision, generative AI, and deep learning.
• Build and manage production-ready data pipelines and scalable model deployment workflows.
• Develop, train, and deploy models in real-world environments with a focus on validation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments to transform business challenges into practical AI solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or AI Architect leading projects to production.
• Expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Computer Vision algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
• Practical knowledge of Generative AI (GPT, diffusion models), NLP, and Large Language Models.
• Proficiency in Python application development using Flask, FastAPI, or DRF.
• Experience with ML libraries including Scikit-learn and OpenCV.
• Hands-on work with cloud-based ML services such as AWS SageMaker, GCP AI Platform, or Azure ML.
• Proven track record of integrating and scaling AI models within larger software ecosystems.
• Familiarity with MLOps, including model lifecycle management and retraining pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced Computer Vision expertise in object detection, image segmentation, and video analytics.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and scalable distributed systems for AI workloads.
• PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or Machine Learning.
