Description

You will build and deploy agentic AI systems, RAG pipelines, and custom LLMs for production use cases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement RAG pipelines and agentic AI systems that drive business decisions.
• Develop custom GPTs and fine-tune models using LoRA, QLoRA, and PEFT techniques.
• Integrate OCR and image intelligence capabilities into AI workflows.
• Manage end-to-end deployment using CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Translate AI research into scalable, production-ready software solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python (non-negotiable).
• Deep understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Experience with GenAI, LLMs, ML, and NLP frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with RAG pipeline architecture.
• Proficiency in CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes for production deployment.
• 6+ years of experience shipping real-world AI systems.
• Solution design skills focused on real-world scalability, not just notebooks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with image intelligence and OCR technologies.
