Responsibilities

• Deploy AI models into production environments, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Mentor team members and guide data analysts and ML engineers from concept through production.
• Conduct rigorous testing and evaluation for generative AI models to ensure quality.
• Research and advance state-of-the-art generative AI techniques and emerging trends.
• Drive team innovation by contributing to the development and delivery of AI solutions.

Required Skills

• 8 to 13 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning.
• Experience delivering complex solutions to production.
• Essential experience with Generative AI technologies.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Familiarity with NLP and Computer Vision.
• Practical experience with Data Science methodologies.
• Experience containerizing applications using Docker.

Preferred Skills

• Langchain, Lang Graph, Crew AI, Hugging Face Transformers.
• Pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy.
