Description

Lead the migration of on-premise Hadoop infrastructure to AWS while managing Agile delivery and stakeholder alignment for large-scale data projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Prioritize and maintain the product backlog to align with project goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams for requirements and updates.
• Manage project scope, risks, and changes to ensure timely milestone delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement in Agile processes and team productivity.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of experience in Agile project management.
• 3-5 years leading large-scale data migration projects from on-premise to cloud.
• Strong expertise in Hadoop ecosystems and AWS services.
• Proven track record managing Agile delivery for big data initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or Agile Delivery Management Certification.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Big Data – Specialty.
