Description

You will develop and optimize Insider Risk Management (IRM) and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) strategies within a managed services environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Microsoft Purview IRM, DLP, and Microsoft Sentinel.
• Monitor data flows to identify potential security threats and insider risk cases.
• Investigate security incidents, data breaches, and policy violations through established escalation paths.
• Conduct digital forensic analysis on computers, mobile devices, and network logs using chain of custody protocols.
• Create and maintain reports regarding data usage, quality, and compliance.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of professional experience in compliance or data security.
• 1+ years of experience specifically with Microsoft IRM.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft DLP, third-party DLP, or SIEM technologies.
• Hands-on experience with forensic software such as EnCase, FTK, X-Ways, or Cellebrite.
• Experience monitoring within a managed services environment.
• Deep knowledge of data security monitoring protocols.
• Minimum of two Microsoft certifications from SC-100, SC-400, SC-300, or MS-500.
• Availability to work 24/7 rotational shifts to support global managed services delivery.
