Description

Architect and implement data protection programs for structured and unstructured data across on-premises and cloud environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design data inventory, classification, and protection capabilities.
• Automate workflows for access authorization, flow control, and key management.
• Develop long-term strategies and roadmaps for DLP, encryption, tokenization, and data lifecycle management.
• Evaluate existing governance tools to meet emerging security requirements.
• Provide technical leadership to integrate security controls into software and infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Cyber Security disciplines.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience architecting data inventory and protection solutions.
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS), specifically Azure Purview, Defender for Cloud, Databricks, and Power BI.
• Experience with Informatica Cloud Data Governance & Catalog, ServiceNow, Varonis, or Big ID.
• Deep knowledge of encryption standards including AES, RSA, and PKI.
• Hands-on experience with MS SQL, Cloud Access Security Brokers (CASB), and UEBA.
• Proficiency applying NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, and ISO 2700x frameworks.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Skills

• CISSP-ISSAP, CCSP, GDSA, CRTSA, CDPSE, GDPR, or HIPAA certifications.
