Description

Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide data protection and governance frameworks across cloud and AI platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end encryption solutions for data in transit, at rest, and in use across multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
• Establish policies for data classification, labeling, retention, and lifecycle management using tools like Microsoft Purview and AWS Macie.
• Integrate IAM and PAM solutions, including CyberArk and Azure PIM, to enforce role-based and attribute-based access controls.
• Secure AI/ML training data, inference pipelines, and models against poisoning, leakage, and adversarial attacks.
• Implement data loss prevention (DLP) controls and design monitoring dashboards using Azure Sentinel, Splunk, or AWS GuardDuty.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data security, cloud security, or enterprise security architecture.
• Deep expertise in Azure services (Purview, Defender for Cloud, Key Vault, Synapse, Data Lake) and AWS (Macie, KMS, Lake Formation, GuardDuty).
• Strong knowledge of data encryption, tokenization, and key management (KMS/HSMs).
• Hands-on experience with IAM/PAM integration for data-centric security.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, PowerShell, Terraform, or Bicep.
• Experience aligning security controls with NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, and PCI-DSS.
• Familiarity with AI/ML data protection, privacy-preserving techniques, and secure MLOps.

Preferred Skills

• CISSP certification.
